My neuro gave me some samples (2) of Relpax.  It seemed to work better than Immitrex and I didn't have that chest compression feeling.  I did feel like I got minor hot flashes though.  Does anybody take this?  What has been your experience?
Thanks.

I have taken relpax before and it made me sicker than my headache felt.  :(

I hope it works for you though.

I was prescribed relpax for migrains, and it worked pairly well. I did experience some strange side effects, but nothing you can't deal with. Just a numb feeling, but I was always able to continue my daily activities. Who knows, maybe it won't be the same for you ?

I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and had it removed about a month and a half ago, and havent had a headache yet yeah

Just hope it works for you, I know first hand how headaches can effect your life !

Good Luck !,

Brad

Thanks, Brad, for your post.  Oh my gosh, I am so glad that you had your tumor removed and are now headache free.  Recently there was a post from a woman or man who was convinced they had a brain tumor.  You would be an excellent person to post a reply to her.  Take care.

Annuk, thanks again, I doing fairly well, somethings are still a little difficult. I will be having the other surgery in the end of Dec. or early Jan. to put the plate in my skull where the bone was left out. Sounds exciting huh ???

hopefulhigrainer, I did read the lady's post, and she has a lot of problems. I personally think she is being a little "jumpy" of the thought of her having a tumor. If she doesn't believe her DR., I would go see another ! I do wish her the best, and if she has any ?'s I'll try my best to answer them.  I personally didn't think that I HAD a tumor, or I didn't want to believe it anyway.

Anyways, I hope the Relpax helps you with your headaches, I know how much of a pain they are.
