thanks so much for your advice!!! I will definitely take all ideas into consideration. Obviously i'm desperate and willing to try ANYTHING.

Umm..couple questions...

I've read that red grapes can be good in helping migraines?

I've also heard good and bad about bananas. Somewhere I read, it said that bananas are bad...but at school today. The librarian told me her daughter eats bananas..and something with the potassium helps her migraines/prevents???

I'm not sure..anyone know anything else ? Or any more info?

My personal experience is to stay away from grapes and bananas because both make me very sick. Whatever affects me in red wine actually comes from the red grapes. Bananas have always made me sick, since I was very young.
I have found that trigger foods can be personal - change from person to person. In one person, chocolate can have a staggering effect, in another it only has a minor affect.

Grapes have never been a problem.......but I have had my most intense migraines after eating bananas.

I am sensitive to a lot of things but Bananas is not one of them!!! Grapes, especially red ones however well that is a different story lol!!!!
