My personal experience is to stay away from grapes and bananas because both make me very sick. Whatever affects me in red wine actually comes from the red grapes. Bananas have always made me sick, since I was very young.
I have found that trigger foods can be personal - change from person to person. In one person, chocolate can have a staggering effect, in another it only has a minor affect.
