I have been suffering from migraines for 8 years, 6 years ago I started getting a weird tickly, bug crawling sensation on my left cheek.  Since this time it has spread everywhere.  Afraid of MS, had normal brain and c-spine MRI this year, thyroid normal, Sed rate, normal, Lyme, normal, everything else normal.  Neuro feels that this is related to my migraines.  The c-spine MRI showed a bulging disk at C-3, C-4, went to PT for 4 months, this helped alot with the migraines, I used to have them for 4-5 days a couple times a month, now I have only had 3 since July.  Now it seems that it has switched to the right side of my head.  Doc wants to put me on Topamax, he said there is a thing called central sensitization where the periphral nerves get irritated from injury and the brain goes into a hightened state.  The Topamax is supposed to stop this.  I don't want to feel like a zombie taking this.  I upped my Prozac to 40 mg just the other day, because the docs said it could be anxiety also.  I have these feelings on a daily basis, and I am really fed up with it.  Does anyone else have these feelings and suffer from migraines, I guess you can have these weird feelings without the migraines. My neck does bother me on a daily basis, but doesn't turn into a migraine everyday, Can anyone relate to this?  I need help. sad
