I'm sorry to hear that experiencing a lot of stress. Tension and stress definitely make my migraine headaches worse. I use meditation, yoga and biofeedback as tools to help me relax and minimize the effects it has on me. Deep breathing exercises also help relieve tension and stress. Deepak Chopra sells a biofeedback device call the Wild Divine Journey which works very well. It costs $200 but is well worth it.
