Persistent Migraine w Aura??? but headaches not too bad

does anyone have 24/7 visual disturbances like visual snow or palinopsia. I see sparkles all day long/white wavy lines/trail/afterimages/shimmering lines that shoot across your vision. I do get headaches but not everyday like the visual disturbances.

I get lots of visual stuff too. I am on topamax which stopped the headaches in their tracks but not the visual. Some weird and crazy stuff. Sometimes I swear I see a huge black spider in my peripheral vision and I really hate spiders so you can imagine just how much that scares me. I also see a bright flashing light all the time time in my peripheral vision.
