all I know is an increase in blood flow to the head. swimming is s great excersise that doesn't cause the great increase of blood to the head. i cannot do cardio, but swimming is good.
best to you.

Hi mrm,

Welcome to Healing Well. I can speculate that the reason for your headaches is the increase in bloodflow during your work out or the increase in body temperature, or it maybe something else. The best person to tell you this is your Doctor.

Glad your headaches don't hang around for long though. Please post again and let us know how you get on.

take care

thanks for your help, Ang and Ann! i don't know if this is really the right forum for what i am asking since the people here typically suffer from much more serious headaches. but if you don't mind: could it also be that i didn't drink enough?
