I have had sinus/ migrane headaches for years.  I am reluctant to take prescription drugs.  Does anyone have any suggestions for natural/ alternative treatments?

Don't know about natural but My hubby take Sudafed 12 hour allergy/sinus and the chlortrimatron together and they work pretty good. The dr suggest for him to do this to stay clear, he kept getting sinus infections...back to back.

Clean your sinuses with salt water.  Just takes a minute once you get the hang of it.  Bend forward at the waist, pour salt water in one nostril and let it flow out the other.  Yes, it seeps thru you septum and cleans both sides.  Use a "neti pot" or measuring cup.  Add salt till it tastes like tears.  Some people do this with their morning shower.

Reiki helped my migraine for a couple of weeks, but left me lifeless.  Works for some, though.  So does massage, acupuncture, magnesium supplements, and CoEnzyme Q10.

Botox - well, not so natural, but those muscles can't tense up.

Good luck
