complex migraines

hello everyone just out of curiosity..i am a migraine suffer for a little over 2 years now i get complex migraines which sometimes leads to an allmost stroke like symptoms ..such as facial droop...numbness in my neck running down into my arm and at one point i lost the use of my arm for allmost a week..and my right eye....i get confusion..loss of verbal skills...(loss of words)(unable to find the words)...problems remembering things...does anyone else ever suffer from those types of problems after a migraine??.......also today i am feeling kinda out of sorts with myself like i am looking through someone elses eyes...it sounds foolish i know but just wanted to ask anyway...thanks for any response jph....

I know what you mean! Mine don't usually last that long. But, sometimes I feel like it would be almost impossible to move on one side of my body- like if I'm laying down my leg weighs a ton! I always feel like I'm in a cloud before the pain hits. I hate trying to talk to people and feeling so goofy- it takes awhile to comprehend what they are saying and then to figure out what I am trying to say. What you are feeling now could be a warning sign. If I were you and took meds for a migraine, I would take something right now just in case.

thanks mrsghost...yeah i hate this feeling sometimes i wish i could just go one day without hurting so much...my wife has been and still is a big supporter she has been by my side the entire time with me all the trips to the hospital and everthing else.. it makes life easier and helps alot of the time...yeah i did take my migranal te nuero gave me ...we will see what happens i guess still feeling really weird though....ok thanks again......jph
