Hello and nice to meet you. The MRI you had is good if you have any problems with your brain and you should consider getting a recommendations in finding a good chiropractor in geting your neck pain treated. Sometimes a chiropractor will refer you to a pain management clinic if they can't help. Muscles can take a while to heal and a good NSAID medication might help you better as well. It's good to know that your MRI was normal hun be thankful for that okay and try posting your question in the Chronic Pain forum because more people there have been thru what you are going thru and it can be hard. You might also want to consider going to a orthopedic doctor. It could be a bulging disk which would show up on an CT scan. I have low back problems Osteoarthritis, DDD and Lumbar Spinal Stenosis and I wish you good luck. Please keep us posted and lots of soft gentle hugz. Please note I'm not a doctor and this is just advise from me to you but I really think the other forum can help you better (the chronic pain forum). There are several postings for chiropractors in the CP forum both pro and cons, but a good chiropractor will also do physical therapies to help get you better in my opinion. Also read the decompression therapy, thread in the cp forum, I hope this will help
