Hey Oakley,

Welcome to the Migraine forum.  I hope we can steer you in the right direction.  Your description sounds like a migraine headache, but it could also be a nerve problem, possibly from a spinal issue.  The best advice I can give you without more information, is to recommend seeing a Neurologist as soon as possible.  You should be able to get a referral from your regular physician.

Please let us know how you are getting along and what the Neurologist comes up with.  We're here to help, which we can do better once you get a diagnosis.

Good Luck,

Leigh Ann cool

Leigh ann, Thank you for writing. Tommorrow I go see the ENT spec that I have had an appt with for two months. I will ask him to refer me to a neurologist. Thanks for the advice. Today my headache was very, very minimal, allejuiah, but my joint pain was intense and the sides of my rib cage hurt, not to breathe, just felt tight. ??????? Anne
