Welcome to Healing Well. Sorry to hear that you are having a rough time! I am afraid that stress can intensify your attacks and it can also make attacks more frequent.
Are you being treated for your Panic Attacks? I know it is difficult, but try not to let the 'aura' trouble you, as it is all part of the attack. Keep telling yourself that it will pass, very easy for me to say I know, but positive self-talk will help you overcome some of your anxiety.
