hello all..
heres my story
well i have been feeling weird lately for about 3 or 4 months now with my head, i have been to the er and doctors plenty of times for mri's and cat scan's they say im fine and the ct scans have been normal but i have a bump on the back of my head which every claims they don't feel and the side of my heads have felt like i have been put in a vice and smashed and i get random sharp pains and random sharp pains randomly all around the back of my head, and i get dizzy and lightheaded and it sometimes burns and is warm
also
in my throat i get random sharp pains by the thyroid area and lately i have not been well but i went to the er last night and they say im perfectly fine, something is wrong if the back of my head hurts non stop and feels empty and weird and if i put my hand on it i feel like im takeing off in a rollercoaster 
any suggestions here? thanks
