Had my first migraine of the month yesterday, it kind of crept silently up on me , you know the sort of thing dull ache slight nausea, then pow!! hit me full force at tea time....head felt like it was falling in half and every time I opened my eyes  the room seemed as if it was spinning and that I was going to hurl! Had to go to bed with a cold compress on my head and the strongest pain killers I could stomach, I still feel a bit rough today so I dont plan on sticking about on the computer too long (dont want to antagonise the god of Headaches) just thought I'd share....

Take care all!

Wendy, I get migraines too. I usually take a Tylenol 3 and I use a VERY HOT rag over my eyes and nose. It helps me with the pain better then the cold rag. It dosen't cure it but, it will help the pain and relax you a little bit more. Hope this helps.

  Hi Wendy,

I am well aware of your situation through friends who have suffered migraines extensively. If you are interested, you can

obtain a free audio that details the route they have used by contacting 800-707-5003 ext 6673. It may take time to overcome

the problem, but you should succeed just as they did.
