Hy Ann!!

As Gretchen said, good to see u!! I think u could contact u'r local...or the nearest to local...MS Society office and get some help with finding a doc. They should have a list of docs who either specialize in or have substantial experience dealing with MS. Best wishes friend and don't be such a stranger!

Saturday p.m.
Hello Annie:
I was dx'ed in 1987.  The neuro who dx'ed me said I should go see some MS specialists in London Ontario.
I live in a suburd of Detroit MI.
I rember thinking...I do not even know what  MS is all about, and the specialist is 2+ hours from my home?
Well...I found a great neuro close to home...
And good luck to you.  John

Here is a website that has Canadian doctors listed -- you scroll through to your city (or the next bigger city near you) and click on that, and doctors come up.

Most neurologists, though, have at least a few patients with MS.  MS is a pretty common neurological disorder, so they'd all be familiar with it, and familiar with the current treatments.  I haven't actually seen a neuro in years -- my small-town family physician takes care of all my medical needs, including anything related to my having MS.

Good luck with your doctor search!
...I am not a doctor, nor health professional, and don't pretend to be one, here.....
