Willowmom, that's exactly why Provigil works for me, becos it doesn't allow me to nap ('course you're probably much wiser getting the actual rest!
)... I don't have that time to do that, and when I get that "crashing" feeling, I can't afford it. I know the day is coming very soon when I'm going to need to build that in, but for now, I can't. And fortunately for me, being awake provides me clarity. My brain fog is a lot less when I have energy.
Of course, this is also doubled up with a heavy supplement program of Q10, the B vitamins, a sublingual B12, and some minerals for additional support. It seems to be working together pretty good right now.
