It sounds to me like  you probably have MS.  I would suggest seeing a neurologist who specializes in MS.  I've had MS for 20 years and still don't have vision problems.  When I was diagnosed I had no lesions in the brain.  I'd suggest getting a spinal tap.  That should tell if you  have MS.
 
I  have very few lesions even though I can no longer walk.  People less disabled than me have more lesions.
 
Good luck.  I hope you get a diagnosis soon.
 
My symptoms also started after having a baby.
