Hi, i thinking of getting my b12 checked again.Last time i had it done was just the normal serum test,my results were 410, now i have read that this is classed has low in some countrys, and that the serum test is unreliable anyways..

What are the best tests to check for b12 levels.

What about HOMOCYSTIEINE TEST, and METHYLMALONIC ACID tests,

Are these helpful.

My dr's are simply useless,so im having to arrange tests myself...

Thankyou for any advice! :-)

Bamptonbred,

Have you seen an LLMD yet?  It seems with your igenex test results and your always feeling symptom free after a hot shower that this is not MS.  You need to be treated for lyme.
