Hello, I am new to this. I need to find a good ms neuro dr. I understand that the MS Society has a list of dr in different areas. Is that correct? Do I call them? I went to an ENT about 5 years ago. He did an MRI & told me I had MS. I didn't have a lot of faith in him- he was about 90 years old  & ask me 6-7 times the same questions over & over. He is retired now. So, I didn't believe him with the dx of MS. In the past year, severe insomnia, vision loss, cannot handle heat, (most comfortable when it is 40-55 & I'm in a t-shirt), dropping things with jerks- a lot of weird things. I never told anyone- not even my family dr what the ENT had said. Now I'm starting to think maybe he was right. I need to follow-up with a specialist. Any advise on finding a good dr? Thank You

Hi Cricket, and welcome to the board!

It definitely sounds like you need to get your symptoms checked out, especially since you had a possibly abnormal MRI. The National MS Society is indeed a good place to get neuro recommendations. You can call them at 1-800-344-4867, or find your local chapter here: http://www.nationalmssociety.org/find-a-chapter/index.aspx
