My memory and thoughts have been declining for awhile now and last night It got even worst, I couldn't function properly. I found it very hard to remember what I should be doing. Now I can't sleep because I'm so scared I'm literally shaking, The problem Is I've also been having neurological problems aswell (Partial Numbness) And I'm not sure If the mental Fogginess ect Is being cause directly by the Neurological problems or the depression I'm feeling because of the Neurological problems. I get really paranoid and anxious because of this so It might be a vicious circle. I had Iron deficiency but I'm 80% sure Its back to normal now. Any suggestions on what I should do?. In my opinion I have a underlying problem like MS, I've always been a happy, Smart person untill all this. I'm only in my late teens by the way. I just need answers sad

We are not doctors and so we can't diagnose you.  You need to see your PCP or a neuro.  A neurologist could do a neurological exam and test for abnormal reflexes and reactions that would indicate a need to test further for MS.  Your symptoms do not sound like MS to me but again I am not a doctor.
I am sorry you are so miserable.  My heart breaks for you.  You are just starting your life and it needs to be wonderful and exciting.  I hope that you are seeking/receiving aggressive treatment for your depression and anxiety health problems.  I hope you are feeling better real soon.
