i am 35 and since i was 18 i have suffered from pain that can not be explained and which is like stabbing shooting pains which could happen at any time, i also have to go to the loo pee at night at least 6 times, its like i have 2 bladders i could just have gone and i need to go again. Feeling tired at the moment and a bit like i am a bit drunk, nauseous, numb hands on and off and a feeling that i'm a bit slow mentally, had to come home from work today because i just feel weird. And the way i am feeling now comes and goes, like attacks i suppose i could be fine for months and then boom i feel wierd again, when i get the pain it is very painful sudden pain and could be any where on me, i really think i could have ms. what do you think? x

MS varies from person to person.  There is no way we can diagnose you or even say.  Most people with MS don't go months feeling fine even when we are in remission.  We have residual symptoms from our brain and spinal cord damage.  It really doesn't sound like MS to me but I am not a doctor.  Are seeing a neurologist?  That is where you start.  Here is a link that will tell you about the diagnostic process of MS.

Tell your MD you would like to be check for MS. I did the same thing for years and found I had had MS for 7 years before it was diagnosed, by then I was acute with holes in my brain. I was completely disabled one month later and have been in bed since 02/08 unable to do anything! I has taken over a yer for me to go into remission using Tasabri. Don't delay and be forceful. MS is hard to diagnose.
