Stress management is so important. It is a well known fact that stress can exacerbate MS. You are brand new to this. I am so sorry! You need to try and get some support. See if there is an MS society near you. They offer a ton of support for the newly diagnosed.
I know that for some, managing stress means a complete lifestyle change. Some find new jobs/careers. You are going to have to find ways to eat really well and exercise. Exercise can do wonders for stress levels. You may need some counseling to help you adjust to this diagnosis.
Talking to others with MS can certainly help you feel less alone. Will you be taking a disease modifying therapy? That may initially add to your stress as well.
