Hey all....

I had my spinal tap on January 5th... It was completely painless except for a SLIGHT Poking sensation as the needle went into the spinal cord...

I never even got the spinal headache..I feel fine except for a SOOORREEE Back, but I can deal with that way better than I can deal with the headache!

I find out on January 26th all the results of everything so I'll update more then... But for now, my MS symptoms seem to be getting better.... (maybe because the remicade is wearing out of my system?)

ANyhoo... spinal tap... no big deal at all~!!

Hey Susie,

I am glad it went well.  I know you had some problems with core spasticity, is that all gone?  It is a long time between the time of the spinal and getting your results!!!!  Wow!  Hopefully it will go fast.  I hope it can give you answers either way.  Please keep us posted.  If indeed it shows the oligoclonal bands, try to relax and know that MS is different for everyone.  You could do just fine with it; and have minimal symptoms and progression.

We are here if you have any questions.  I looked at your Andy pictures at the cowhorse clinic.  He looks like a big sweetie.  Mine got a bath today; it was the first warm day in weeks.  Nick is a wooly mammoth during the winter.  I use any opportunity to get that coat clean.  He is a paddock horse and is typically dirty!  (just the way he likes it)

I have no lesions on my soul and so I will live with no limits.

OH Gosh Gretchen!

It's sooooo muddy here and raining again today... My horses live in a muddy-mucky pasture.. It does have some areas of good drain off so it's not entirely bad, but the entrances to the barn where the horses walk in and out are pretty mooky..lol...

Ya, Andy is a big sweetie! He is a very friendly horse, but is also masculine about it.. he's not a horse that's in your pocket, but he will follow me all around and loves it when I Scratch his neck or when I scratch his whole body with a rake.. lol... My other horse Hank won't let me get near him with the rake.. I thought he might see that Andy doesn't mind it, but when I turn towards him with it.. He's GONE... LOL...

Gosh, if it werent for my animals, I'd be going crazy~!!!
