Hi Gretchen~!

I saw your response to my post over on the U/C forum.... I so much appreciate your chiming in over there :)

Anyhow... I have been having intestinal problems for years.. Then the whole MS thing popped up after having that infusion of Remicade which caused all that right sided numbness.. It did eventually go away, but it took a couple of months... The results from that Spinal Tap showed no sign of MS and the Neurologist said she didn't think I had it either, even though my MRI showed lesions... hmmmmph...

So, I am not sure what is going on with me right now. That feeling I am having in my stomach is like a fullness feeling, like my colon is swollen or something and it feels like it's bulging out past my ribcage.... From the research I've done on the MS Hug, it seems like that is more of a pressure feeling like wearing a tight belt or it was even described as a "Crushing feeling"... I kinda have the opposite, it feels like my guts are popping out, not in...

I am at a loss right now as to whats actually wrong with me.. and even though my colon seems to be ok and they can't see anything wrong in there.. this pain and pressure is very bothersome and annoying...

I do have an appt with my GP tomorrow am so I'll mention this to her and see what she says..... Thanks for the information though, you never know.....

Good luck, Susie.  I was very glad to hear of your good colon results!  That is great news and I am sure a big relief.
