Has anyone that has been on Tysabri's monthly infusions found that after a period of time, the drug was no longer working? I will be on Tysabri this Feb, 2011 , three years.
I found the drug initially "magical."If I was feeling worn out, my energy was restored almost immediately following the inFusion.I even had a complete remission for one full year during my treatment course.
I feel I am now resistant to the drug. I do not derive any benefit.
Please give me some feedback on your Tysabri experience.

I have been on Tysabri for four years now. I know some people have had seemingly miraculous results after their infusions. I for one have taken Tysabri to slow the progression of this darn disease and have never felt any different before, during or after my infusion. But my disease activity has been minimal, so that is success to me. Biogen has come out with a blood test trial telling you if you have antibodies or the JC virus in your system. If that comes back negative, I say continue with the Tysabri as it seems to be the best product on the market, in my opinion.

Interested in your history.  I am newly diagnosed with MS and have been directed to go on Copaxone. From what I have read I was concerned with side effects of tysabri. Anyone want to elaborate.
