Hi Angstarr,
I am sorry there are no responses for you.  There are MS diets out there that people feel help.  Perhaps you have already investigated.  I have tried gluten free; it didn't do anything for me.  There's also swank diet as well others.  Most of the diets don't really show results for a few years.  It's definitely important to eat healthy: low fat, complex carbs, lots of fruits and veggies and water.
I hope this helps.  Sorry I can't offer more.

Please look at the Swank Diet. It has been a huge help for me...and many others.

My cousin gave me the Swank Diet book because we both have MS. She was just diagnosed a year ago and I was 10 years ago. Even though the Swank diet worked well for her, itdid not do well with me. What I have found to work well with me is the South Beach Diet. That and limited caffenine and chocolate. I also drink whole milk. Organic as much as I can.

I found relief with a vegan diet.
