Hi,
Well for a start, you are going to need to get over your fear of doctors, because unless you make an appointment with your GP, nothing can be done. I understand you are saving for college, but I am afraid your health is your wealth, so getting medical attention should be priority.
Is it MS? No one can know. MS isn't one of those diseases you can just say 'it sounds like MS'. The symptoms are very vague, and there are MANY other things that mimic MS. You say your Dad's side has a history of muscle diseases, do you know which? Were they all of the same muscle diseases?
No one here will be able to tell you what is going on. You will need testing from a neurologist (MRI), and then it can be deduced what could be causing this, and what isn't. Best of luck, I hope you can get this sorted and get treated ASAP.
