Yes, I have it. Mine is there full time--which I think is a blessing. Because it has been constant for the last 4 years, my brain has learned to block it out most of the time. Sometimes it gets worse--like if I get overheated or stressed. Wind bothers it too. The best thing I've found to do is to find something to get your mind off it. I take gabapentin but it doesn't seem to help much.
