They are unrelated. Cerebral Palsy is believed to be caused by a birth injury. It is typically diagnosed at birth or soon after. It is not progressive.

MS has a poorly understood cause. It is progressive. They can both affect the central nervous system.

I could not find any relationship between the two. One isn't more susceptible to develop MS if born with cerebral palsy. People born with cerebral palsy can develop diseases and catch illnesses just like anyone else.

Are you experiencing symptoms that have you suspecting MS? Have you seen a neurologist concerning this?

I am assuming you mean "white matter lesions on your frontal lobe." White matter is normal brain tissue, like gray matter. Are you experiencing any symptoms? Lesions can be caused by many different diseases and health issues. They also often show up in most people starting at age 60.

Since you aren't experiencing any symptoms, I wouldn't worry if I were you. Most people with MS have symptoms that send them to the doctor. An MRI then shows damage.

Lesions can be caused by normal aging, migraines, an infection etc. it doesn't always mean MS.

Lesions don't usually show up on a cat scan. MS symptoms are extremely varied. It really depends upon which part of the central nervous system has been injured.
