First of all, hello to everyone and I hope you are well.My troubles started over a yr ago.Chest pain and chest wall swelling for starters. My dr exhausted all his resources, sent me to a neurologist. He has treated it like an injury from the start, sent me to physical therapy, twice.I still have both of those along with other strange things that started gradually.Vision problems, vertigo since last September, muscle spasms in legs, pain and cramps in legs, pins and needles in face(only happened once),sharp random pains in different parts of the body, pressure in back of head, sharp pains on left side back of the head, burning sensations on head, burning sensation in left eyebrow.I could probably keep going but I'll stop here.I'm really stressed out over not knowing and stress makes my symptoms flare.I've had a CT and MRI on my head and also a chest MRI,no abnormalities.Any ideas?

Hi Neera,

Welcome to board. I'm sorry you find yourself looking for answers. You have a lot going on! Chest wall swelling wouldn't be an MS symptom. Pain moving from place to place isn't either. Obviously we can't diagnose you here.

I know you've seen a neurologist, but was he/she a specialist in MS? You might try that. The fact that you have a normal MRI seems to point away from MS. Hopefully you get answers soon and it's something more treatable than MS.
Diagnosed with MS July 2006

I have no lesions on my soul and so I live with no limits.

Your symptoms sound like Lyme disease. I recommend you go on the Lyme board
