a few weeks ago I started having chronic headaches at the base of my head. I went to the doctor and she referred me to a neuro. in the meantime my legs started tingling (both). I went to the neuro and she tested for lyme and scheduled an MRI for next week. Over the weekend I got sick with what I assume is the flu with SEVERE neck pain. I went into the doctor today and she provided trigger point injections with lidocaine. after about an hour it wore off. now later tonight my face is completely numb! on both sides! is this related to the injections or MS?????? should I seek help?
