I've never read anything about foods to avoid.  They all just say a well balanced diet.  I have read and been told not to take mega vitamins and to not take immune boosting homeopathic stuff.  Also, you need to have some form of exercise daily.  If you can't walk then get a recumbant bike or a free standing peddler.  Take care and let us know what the nutricianist says.

I've had MS for 24 years. I've not ever heard of anything that we should...or should that would help or hurt the MS.  There are medications you should avoid -- anything that will boost the immune system. And "natural remedies" that promise to boost the immune system (generally they'll offer that description on the label, and misleadingly suggest the remedy is great for MS.  Not!!)

But other than that .. a balanced diet, lots of fruits and veggies...all the usual healthy stuff that doctors recommend.

...I am not a doctor, nor health professional, and don't pretend to be one, here.....
