Hey guys.  Just wanted to touch base and let you know that the specialist is leaning away from MS and towards Lupus.  With the arthritis outbreak I am having now he said that's not related with ms.  Still waiting for a ton of blood work to come back and then the MRI results.  Just wanted to thank everyone for helping me out through this.  Oh, and I just read the post about the 'glyconutrients' I had a guy tell me all about it and when I took it to my doc he threw it in the garbage.  If there is a magic cure out there the doctors would be all over it already!!  And not charge what they do for it.  If people want to truly help others it would be free.  Thanks again.

Hi Sherry,

Wow, thats terrific!  Looks like you are getting closer to a dx.  Even though MS is being put on the back burner, will you continue to come back and let us know how you are doing?  Feel free to check out the Lupus and Arthritis boards too, the folks in both forums are great people.  Take care!

I hope you get some answers soon, and get proper treatment. Lupus is a challenge, too. My mother suffered with that for years. You're quite right about the "magic cures". It's always disappointing to learn that there are indeed some disorders for which there is no cure, and that doctors aren't "gods", able to fix everything, but sometimes that is the truth. Painful, to be sure.

Anyway -- sounds like your doctor is working hard to sort things out for you.
...I am not a doctor, nor health professional, and don't pretend to be one, here.....
