Hey Guys, I'm doing ok at the moment, I got a second bloodtest and told the doctors about my shortness in breathing, The bloodtest showed that i was lacking in vital Nutrient's, And i was told i had Anemia (Which cause's Shortness of breath and fatique), So the doctor has gave me aload of different vitamin tablets to take, Been taking them for 2 and a half weeks now, The shortness of breath has gone which is really good.
I was reading on the internet about vitamin deficiency and it said it can lead to numbness, And when i think about it, This all started afew months after i went on a hardcore diet, At this moment in time it seems like the most likely cause, But i will find out sooner or later, Will see a neurologist in a couple of weeks, I'll keep you updated

Hi Anthony!

I was just told today by my sis-in-law that there is a Native American Holistic guy in our town that can tell what vitamin's your body is deficient in by just looking at your tongue... So your post made me think of that. I don't know how good this guy is, but I had my eyeball read last summer and the lady said I was healthy as a horse! You are doing it the right way, go to a doctor and get the info from them. Good luck - please keep us up to date. Make it a great day!
