Hi guys,
Haven't posted for a while but have still been reading posts frequently. I have just begun holidays and am amazed to find that my main symptoms of buzzing and crawling feelings have abated completely. The weakness in my right side seems to have improved a great deal as well. Would this be due to a reduced amount of stress? I really was working way too hard and ridiculously long hours in a job I have fallen out-of-love with (teaching). I'm wondering now if what I have been experiencing is simply stress and not neurological at all. Still 1 month till my first neuro visit. Any feedback would be appreciated.

stress can cause all sorts of physiological problems, so it could be stress.  But remember that MS..and several other disorders..are "remitting", meaning that sometimes symptoms do go away, and in the early stages, sometimes go away entirely, only to come back again at a later time and a new relapse.  So document the disappearing act of the symptoms, and share that with your doctor when you see him.
