Where do you order your supplies from and how much do you pay?
I'm trying to look around for a different distributor because the last one I was dealing with had horrible customer service and they really stuck it to me. I'm going to call Edgepark and Byram tomorrow. Any other suggestions?

I go through Edgepark and I haven't had to pay anything-my insurance has covered everything (thank God!) My last order would have cost me over $600!

I order from a local DME supplier on my insurances preferred provider list. - I have a deductible, then a % co pay. Actually, it is more convenient for me than ordering thru Edgepark, and believe it or not, cheaper too. Edgepark's prices are a little higher which translates to my portion since I have a % that I have to pay. Every time I want to complain about what I have to pay, I think about those that don't have any insurance and just bite my lip.

I have always ordered from Byrams and they have been really great getting what I order on two days. They are really good at letting you return stuff , too.
