well as we know, i have paste issues, lol
so i messed up my flange when i was putting it on, i don't now what my problem is lately!
anyway, i had put the paste on, then had to take the flange off and replace it. Usually i take all the paste off my skin, but it occured to me that that might be rather dumb, because i was just putting more on. SO i didn't take it off, think that iwll be a problem?

I don't think it will be--unless with the added paste there was then too much. I never have any of your paste issues but when you mentioned the strange food issue (I think it was dressing down your leg) boy that really hit home for me! I always have bread in my eyebrows or something! I think if you and I were to meet we would either cancel each other out and become ultra smooth and cool (opposite of klutzy!) or our combined clumsiness would cause the Earth to cave in upon itself! hehehe

I think you girls are crazy (and super cool) :-)

Summer... step away from the paste. It's time to switch to Eakin Seals. tongue

It shouldn't be a problem... as long as no poop is left on the skin, leftover paste is fine (and some people even report it helps their next wafer seal better).

I have to agree with Cecelia though - Eakins Seals are better (and less messy) :)

I agree with Cece and Shaz, aftert using paste for 23 years!!!

Hey Summer -- some people use the paste in other areas of the wafer besides just around the stoma, some use it to fill in areas where there may be uneven skin due to scarring, etc. So, you should be fine.

I have scarring around where the flange sits and the Eakin seals seem to do the trick for me.
