Daughter had 1st surgery 7/8/08 after 16 days returned home,We have been back to the hospital once already for dehydration and they found kink in loop to stoma, low bllod pressure she fell down steps no idea if that caused kink.I think she may be on way back to hospital,Yesterday was best day for eating and drinking she actually looks good , a little crampy she says but no output today so far gone to bathroom, urinating ok but nothing in bag today,She has test for pouch next week and visits surgeon, she is eating and drinking today but getiting nervous ,no output and recommendations

If she doesn't have output and is in pain this would be the sign of either a partial or full obstruction (which is not uncommon). It's best to get her walking to jump start her motility. If it's a partial obstruction you should be able to manage this at home by increasing fluids, eliminating food until it passes, and keep her moving. If she should have extreme pain and vomiting that would be the time to go to the hospital as those are signs of a full obstruction and intervention might be needed.

Ditto what Sue said... also, if she is running a fever - go to the ER. Please let us know how she is doing.
