confused  Hi everyone. I would like to know if any of you have a problum with there potassium?Mine keeps dropping every couple of weeks. 3.5 is the lowest it can go and be normal. Mine drops to 3.1 then the DR. makes me take potassium pills (and yes I eat at list one banana a day). The pills make me have even worse dirreia. Also my heart has a low normal heart rate (52 to 62) most of the time. My blood pressure is on the low side to 101/54 today and it is around this area most of the time.Thay don`t know if this is because of the anti-biotic or if I will have this off and on for now on.Any one out there have truble with this? Please write me back.

You might try drinking Vitalyte www.vitalyte.com as your only beverage. It's packed with electrolytes and although it might not have enough potassium to end your low levels it could help you to feel better.
