What I do at bedtime so that I dont have to get in the middle of the night

I use the irrigation sleeves from Convatec, they have a ziplock top and I tape that up so it doesnt open, then I use a velcro strap to strap it to my leg.  It works VERY well, in fact I can sleep all day without having to empty it once, I hope maybe it could help some of you too.
I also have suggestions on how to keep the wafer on longer, so if you would like me to post that, just let me know, I would do it right now but it is 6:30 am and I havent gone to bed yet redface so if you would like me to post what I do when I change my wafer, just let me know, I will be HAPPY too!

Diagnosed with colonic inertia at 13 years old, had my colon removed.
Diagnosed with rectal inertia at 16 years old, had my rectum removed and had a jpouch made.
