If you are in contact with the dr., try again in the morning like they said. If it is painful, call them and see what they recommend, esp with the weekend approaching.
I assume you have a colostomy??? I've not heard of irrigating an ileostomy..... Have you changed your diet since this began to eating stuff that will pass more easily? Sorry for the questions.

p.s. when I have a partial blockage, my stoma does the same as yours -- it sinks in a bit like it is really, really working hard to push out what is coming thru. You were really observant to see that right off, before any pain? Try the usual massaging the abdomen, heating pad, pushing liquids that you know will help make things flow - caffeine helps me, like hot tea, hot coffee and also high surgar liquids -- juices, etc.
