I'm just "getting into" 2 piece appliances. My stoma is 1 1/8" oval and a little irregular so I'm using cut to fit appliances. The hollister rep sent me a 2 1/4 flanges for the new image. Should I have 1 3/4 or is that right? I don't quite understand how to determine which size flange I need.

I think the 2 1/4 flange is the next size up...I don't think the pouches are interchangable with the sizes.

You could try it, see if it works (make sure the pouches fit first) and go from there...sorry I'm not more help, I haven't tried that size...

thanks--I ordered the matching bags and flanges. The 2 1/4 flange and bags fit ok but was wondering if I can order both a size down with 1 1/8 stoma. I'm doing cut-to-fit b/c of my oval stoma with lots of little bumps on the side.

The Hollister reps also sent me the HUGE sizes too. I looked at it and said "NO way in heck am I sticking that huge thing on!"
That was when I was a newby and didn't realize I could get them in a smaller size. So I found something else I like.
