My wife bought them and the fit inside all the major bag types.  The concept is you place them in the bag, prick them with a needle for venting, and then have the excess plastic over the flange and click it closed.  When you empty you just grab the bag and flush it down and put in a new one/  I have not tried it yet, as I wanted to see if anyone tried it here.

I just checked out the website...they look a little time consuming. Let us know when you try them:)

They seem to be great for colostomates who, instead of changing the whole bag just toss the inner liner instead - they tend to use close ended bags. However, for ileostomates, they're probably a waste of money cos we just drain our bags anyway rather than toss it and thus aren't throwing away money as such.

HOWEVER, it may work out well for you - everyone is different as to their preferences. If you use them and find you like them, then all is good :)
I have had an ileostomy for 33 years now due to UC.
