If you stepped in dog poop, you could smile and say "FINALLY!!! I have shoes to match my bag!"
UC for 8 years, before finally kicking its butt and having a permanent ileostomy April 17 2007! 
-I have gone to find myself, if i get back before i return, keep me here-

Well, because your bag has poo, and then your shoes would have poo also.
Its more a girl thing, lol.
Or maybe it just only makes sense to me

28 yrs. old. married with one beautiful daughter (born 11/20/07)
-diagnosed with severe pancolitis u/c 2002 had total colectomy 12/19/08; emergency surgery due to abscess-had to redo ileostomy and switch to left side 12/25/08; 2/15/09 found blood clot in superior mesenteric vein (prob. from inf. and surgery inflammation)
i only take vitamins now, when I WANT to. :)
(temporary ileostomy....maybe)

Crohn's Disease since 1991, 2 rounds of ng tube feeding, Ileostomy since 1993, Proctectomy in 1997, several resectionings & stoma revisions, many blockages and a few abscesses and surgery to remove them. Medications used at one point...prednisone, 6MP, Flagyl, Asacol, Pentasa, Imuran, Cipro, Rowasa, Cortifoam, Methotrexate

NASCARon, girls call purses "bags" these days...therefore, we LOVE to match our "bags" and shoes...get it???

Summer, ahahahaha, you crack me up!! tongue I find this especially funny, because we got a puppy two weeks ago, and I've stepped in more poo than anybody should ever have to! Now, I'll smile every time it happens, because my shoes will match my bag! smilewinkgrin
Dx'd Crohn's in '99 at age 28. Proctocolectomy and permanent ileostomy in '06.
Disease-free and medicine-free since surgery and very thankful to be healthy again.
