I have made it back on line to give you aan update. I went for surgery Feb 23 and all went well. Released from the hospital after 5 days and was home a day and a half when I realized things were not working! Back to the emergency room and diagnosed with an obstruction. My doc finally got an NG tube down after several trys so I had some relief. We waited out the obstruction/slow wake up for 14 days! I am now home with every thing working as it should!
This has been way more of an event than I ever imagined! Thanks for the support and comments. I will fill in more details as I feel better!

I tried to respond to your message and I was locked out for some reason to reply.  So your still having nausea issues?  Did the doc say that was normal or how long it will last...

Hello everyone,   I just got home from the docs and he says I am doing well and that I am right on tract.  Finally this morning after having a bad 2 days with the gas and nausea, today is going good so far.  He told me that the nausea will pass and just to be patient cuz its going to take a good long time to get my energy back.
Today is so beautiful and sunny I want to get my happy ass out and do something but the trip to the doc and to the drug store wore me out..go energy just a dream to do something at this point.  But I will behave myself so that I can recover quicker.  Hope all of you are having a great day too, but trust me if your not I know how that goes.
I almost feel guilty that I am doing and feeling so much better than before the surgery.  I am happy that all that kind of suffering is behind me.
Love to all
