oh yes insanity requires much footwork, lol. the people in the workout video, and the guy doing the training have to rest during it,lol. I was telling you about it though, because its alot of movement and sweating and twisting and it doesnt cause any leaks.
I cant do that cobra one, i tried its too hard for me! My fav is the sun salutation! I think you would be fine to do the stomach stretches by now though. Just go slowly. But it will feel differently at first, mostly because your muscles are weaker and need time to get back to normal strength.
