Now I can use some humor on you. Repeat after me: jello, ice cream, pudding, yogurt, scrambled egg, white bread chew, chew, chew, milk, Boost shakes. Also, there is this protein powder called "Show me the Whey." (I kid you not that is the name). 18 grams of protein in one scoop. Add it to yogurt, milk, etc to increase the protein content.
Get a good liquid or chewable vitamin. Also get your vitamin K monitored. I learned the hard way that it is manufactured by our colon flora. I have an ileostomy (permanent) and because I have no colon flora anymore, I am seriously low on Vit K. I can't eat green leafy veggies because I have the ileostomy. Sooooo I have to take vit K pills. I am 54 and have lost serious bone density in my spine due to this. Vit K is also important for blood clotting if you cut yourself. So much to the human body!
