So I went in for the xray thing. It was the most uncomfortable thing I've done so far worse than the catheter and the surgeon dilating the jpouch.
I guess the coolest part was getting to see my jpouch and the lower part of the intestine on the screen in the room. The jpouch looks a lot bigger than I thought it would.
The enema going in didn't hurt, it was that darn balloon that they stick in you to keep the contrast from coming back out. I almost passed out and started sweating like crazy :( I have a low pain tolerance LOL.
The funny part was that I've been doing kegal exercises 5-6 times a day ever since the first surgery so when the nurse tried to put the enema tube in he was having trouble and kept telling me to relax which I tried but geez.
Now my bottom is sore and I have to go for an interview LOL.

Waiting for the Ok from my surgeon. If he says that everthing is fine then they will schedule me for part two.

you had the balloon thingy?? ughhh ... they told me they don't do that, they instead taped it. I forgot the reason why. I also had to hold it in. I guess that's what the balloon was for :). It is cool seeing the X-Rays. My bag filled up instantly and I had to pass all that liquid like stat! Good luck with everything, and congrats.

i never had a balloon either. they just stuck a soft rubber tube in and then poured the liquid. i've had this done 4 times, i think, and it was never even uncomfortable

Yea, I thought I had a leak near the wafer. Turns out it was the bag that had filled up with lots of the cold enema and it was touching my stomach. It was weird cause the solution was at about 70F so when they started pumping it in I could feel it travel up the intestine.

I also had the first part of the interview today which was a computer test, logic and math test, and looking for minute errors on tax forms. It was easy. They are moving to the new HQ this Thursday so it is going to be awkward trying to schedule part two and the hiring date (hopefully).

This was a stupid logic test. sorta had questions similar to the IQ tests you find. They should have just told me to bring in all my Rubik's cubes and solve those.
