I am from the US and am flying to Belgium in a few weeks. I plan to just do carry on to make it easier, but with my ostomy supplies there is an issue. I wanted to bring a bottle of the deodorizing liquid with me. I checked the TSA website and it says that liquid medication is not counted in the 3oz rule. Does this count as medication? Do I need to declare it anyways? Has anyone traveled with this item before and how did you do it? Any problems?

i would think it would be considered a medical supply.
i would just call or email the TSA and ask
UC for 8 years, before finally kicking its butt and having a permanent ileostomy April 17 2007!

Yes, it should be considered medical supplies. Keep it with your other stuff. If you are worried, you can always get a note from your doc and have them list everything you use.

Have fun in Belgium!!
