Hi I have a permanent ileostomy and a 1 inch stoma, I have tried alot of products and finally found a Marlen one piece works the best along with Hollister Adapt rings, my problem is the white adhesive part will lose its stickiness in about a day and will unstick or even pull away from the actual bag then I have to Hy-Type it on to try to get more time out of it. My insurance company says they are supposed to last 4-5 days! No way. Is there any product out there that would add stickiness to the adhesive part of my bags???  It tends to come off near my belly button always
Thanks in advance!!

i had the same problem, it couldn't hold for more than 1-2 days. have you tried hollister's adhesive spray? they have a wafer that has all of it's surface sticky with that yellow stuff and you can spray it with the adhesive, i tried it for the first time last week, it's been on me for 6 days now. it looks still so stable and doesn't even peel a tiny bit, that it seems it can last forever lol.

Are you saying that the bag comes off of the wafer?

Yes, the belt really helps keep it all in place and offers an extra security.
