Tracy and Rosemary, it's ok, i truly feel great and never feel dehydrated. i drink A LOT - 3 litters a day!! and i eat well, not a whole lot, but well enough. have been with this rutine for weeks now (except for the eggplant) and feel wonderful. also, my wieght is totally stable at 114 and i'm 5'4, this is a good weight for me, isn't it? been with this weight ever since the surgery and it's not changing, no ups and downs, just stable.
Rosemary, of course for you it's different, you didn't choose it willingly like me. unfortunately, for you it was inevitable as a matter of life and death and you weren't prepared for it the way i was and accepting it happily like me. sadly for you, it was something that shouldn't have happened in the first place, so obviously you can't feel so positively about it, like me. it's easier when you make the choice rather than being forced to it, esp if it all was unneeded in the first place, and i can't tell you how sad i am that things turned out the way they did for you. what happened to you is truly tragic..
yes i eat the pickels with the skin. as opposed to fresh fruits and vegies, the pickls' skin is different and slides through me just fine. i love pickels, i can eat a whole galon of pickles, yum!
GOOD LUCK Tracy!!! it will be great going back to work. oh and i so miss having a schedule too! don't you have air conditioning in that bus? i hope you have a smooth successful first day at work and you will gradually regain your confidence about being out for work or anywhere else.
Leslie, so strange about your gas.. i hate winter too, winter makes me sick and it's so hard to move when you're frozen :( i hope you're well enough today to have some fun with your daughter.
Jenise, i totally missed the issue with your daughter.. so sorry about that, honey.. i can only imagine how heartbreaking this is for you.
Tracy, sorry you also have the tummy problems.. gosh it's so scary what pregnancies can do to your body :( so unfair.
so i talked to my boss earlier this eve. i was basically saying i want to go back for only 6 hrs/day, but he doesn't like it. so i told him i have a letter from a dr that sais i can work only 6 hrs a day, so according to the law, if i have a letter from a dr, then he has to accept me with my terms, and if he can't, then he has to pay me full compensation. so of course he doesn't like that and i guess i'll have to go over there and have him give it to me. prob is he's going out of the country for 3 weeks!!!!!! darn...... i'm gonna have to wait till he gets back :(( 3 weeks is way too long for someone w/o a job! what do i do????
